How credits work
One meter for the whole call
A credit is the unit of metered usage. A typical voice minute runs about 58 credits across everything it touches — so a plan's allocation maps cleanly to minutes on the phone.
- Credits meter every service a call touches — speech-to-text, the model, voice synthesis, telephony, and platform orchestration.
- Platform orchestration is a flat 5 credits / minute, always charged. Everything else is strictly pay-per-use.
- Rates carry a fixed 15% margin over provider cost — no per-seat fees, no surprise markups.
- Credits refill monthly on your reset date; route inference to your own keys to meter even less.
